Technician Ricardo reported to a after hours call found outside condenser coil stopped up needing to be water washed a defective kickstart or starter kit for the compressor and the system was low four pounds of r22 refrigerant found shut off valves leaking needed to open and close until they stop leaking and added we clock to the threads and tighten down the caps after all repairs refrigerant levels checked normal temperature dropped 20 degrees inside system is ready for a hot summer
