Flame sensor was dirty from carbon buildup. Cleaned flame sensor and tested unit. It is heating properly at this time.

Customer upstairs faucet would not completely shutoff hot water. Technician removed handle and discovered the stem was not closing completely. Recommended replacing stem with new one and will provide customer with part number and estimate to replace part on Monday.

System was working fine when I got there. Cleaned flame sensor and inducer port as possible problems to short cycling issue. Recommend customer take a video of system if it short cycles again so we can take a look. Customer signed up for membership program. System is working as designed at this time.

Customer had a leak in their water line in the rear area of home. A 6â€segment of 1/2†copper pipe was replaced and soldered on with new couplings. Water line was connected to exterior wall and was insulated with foam.

Technicians inspected north and south tankless water heaters and found leaks in both. North water heater has leak at the water control valve of incoming water. South water heater has multiple leaks at the heat exchanger. Technicians checked all outlets for voltage and recommended homeowners turn on both breakers and found them functioning. With breakers on both 6 gal tank heaters are found to be working and no leaks present. Technicians will provide customer with estimate for replacement of water control valve and estimate for replacing tankless water heater.

Water dripping from upstairs bathroom onto patio below. Technicians removed sheetrock from sink and inspected copper water lines. Copper lines were insulated and not breaks were present. Water did accumulate at drain line connection and appears to be source of leak. Recommend not using that sink and having a plumber come out to repair drain line.
