Drain line was cleared. Float switch had been tripped shutting off the condenser.
System is working properly at this time

Upon arrival found compressor to be amping bad called manufacturer products are under warranty we will be returning when manufacturer gives us a call on availability
Found bad fan motor and capacitor replace under warranty system is working properly at this time
Upon arrival found thermostat to be broken swapped it out for warranty system is working properly at this time
Upon arrival found primary drain line clogged i blow out the drain and the system is working normally now
Upon arrival found slight low pitch squeal on return vent please see pictures attached unit fan is not overramping added WD40 to lessen the squeal customer will continue to keep an eye on it I also informed the customer about the potential of future repairs
Replace condenser coil compressor condenser fan motor and king valves all under warranty system is cooing properly at this time no further recommendations other than continual maintenance
Inspected inside unit primary drain was clogged. Drain line was cleared and jones valve installed. Air filter replaced. Outdoor unit inspected condensor coils were found dirty so tech rinsed them out. No other faults found.
Inspected inside unit and replaced both air filters. Inspected outside unit no issues noted.
Technician found shower handle free spinning. Technician removed cover and adjusted center screw. Handle now moves freely and allows for both water temperature and pressure adjustments. Customer tested handle and is working to their liking.
20x20x1 Inside unit was inspected. Unit was slightly warped. Air filter was tnhen replaced. Outside unit disconnect was unserviceable and had to be replaced to finish the maintenence no other faults were found.
Water found to be most likely originating from the refrigerant line where the insulation may be compromised causing condensation to build up and soak down the line insulation.
Insured system was working within manufacturer specifications everything is checking out normal all safety checks are working system is ready for summer weather please see photos attached Today's visit was prepaid
Replace Furnace with new American Standard 14 SEER Single Stage Furnace. Replace low voltage wiring.
Replaced condenser fan blade and motor
Completed manufacturer checks to ensure systems were within specifications for heating season. Found no faults at this time please see pictures attached. Systems were prepaid from last visit and no further recommendations at this time other than continual maintenance
Inspected inside and outside unit. Air filter was replaced. No other faults noted.
Condensate lines clogged at head units drained via vacuum
Rescheduled for Tuesday to contact lennox tech support to see about warranty replacing fan and motor.
Dropped off 2nd rolling unit. After hours.
Top of supply duct taped and plastered to prevent air leaks.
