Refrigerant left reclaimed and replaced. Additional refrigerant added to make up for what was lost from leak. Coil replaced under parts and labor warranty. Coils acid washed and filter drier replaced.
Upon arrival found bad outside capacitor System is working properly at this time
Returning to replace coil customer will call and schedule
Completed system maintenance everything is working properly at this time please see pictures attached

Sending estimates for replacement on Monday
Outdoor unit was not running. Capacitor was blown. Replaced capacitor and tested unit. It is working properly at this time.
Will reconvene on Monday
Technicians found garbage disposal was working but was making a loud noise. Technician removed disposal and cleared food debris under the blades that had accumulated. Rotors were lubricated and tested. Disinfectant was sprayed to remove smell and garbage disposal was reattached. The motor was checked and amperage was on the upper end of acceptable. Due to the age of the unit (04/2011) the system is showing normal wear and tear.

Found outside condenser tripping breaker on the inside recommended condenser evaporator coil replacement customer agrees will be returning later this week to install both

Capped a froze water line in the garage that was leaking due to the hard freeze. Will return to repair at a later date.
Perform system maintenance insurance system is working within manufacturer specifications talk to the customer about the downstairs system having issues With outside condenser coil disintegrating
Replaced segment of 1/2â€ copper line which was removed and capped due to leak. New pex line was installed and tested. No leak present and all fixtures are working.
16 SEER Two Stage American Standard Gas Furnace
Returning on Wednesday at 8 to install new furnace
Flipped Breaker will revisit on Friday to further diagnose
1 system spring PM. Checked blower motor amps. Checked temperature differential. Inspected coil and duct work. Checked condensing unit. Coils are clean. No issues found at this time. System is ready for summer weather.
Ensure that the systems is Performing to manufacturer specifications No recommended repairs at this time will keep an eye on older unit and see how summer effect it
