Good service but not crazy about the after hours answering service.
judy - Plano, TX
The first person I spoke to thru the after hours service was not that friendly and although they said they would give them a msg but I would need to call back at 8am if I needed a call back for service.....she did not take my number or name. I called at 8:07 and got a different after hours person. They were more helpful and did take all my information for a msg. I received a call back about 8:20. They scheduled us for service in 30 minutes to an hour. Kevin arrived in half an hour. He was friendly and efficient. He came back as soon as he got the needed part and installed it in an efficient manner.
