I needed help with a problem that I had my other AC guy out for 3 times. I called Air Force One because I use them at home to see if they would do commercial work. Finished inspection of outside unit no faults found and replaced 20x25x4 air filter.
Inside unit bnlower wheel found to have heavy fowling . Outside unit could not be inspected due to hornets rescheduled for next day 10am
Technician arrived and found water damage from above the tub unit in the restroom. Unit was found to be pitched incorrectly and may have contributed to water damage. Technician will provide customer with estimates for blowing out the drain line, removing the unit and rehanging it to ensure proper pitch, and replacement. Customer is having home warranty come out tomorrow and will call back once they have decided.
Upon arrival found 3 drains to be clogged I unclogged said drains system is working properly at this time h m
Capacitor completely dead. Replaced with new one unit hasa 17Â° f split.
Inside units running as designed upstairs outdoor unit running to standard. Down stairs outside unit had a blown capacitor which in turn caused the down stairs unit not too cool. Capacitor was replaced and unit returned to normal function
System inspected. Checked the upstairs air handler, checked blower amperage, blew out the drain line that was clogged and is now flowing freely. Checked outside unit disconnect for function, and measured the amperage of the fan and compressor. Checked the dual capacitor for any fault and function works as designed. Air filter was replaced and unit given another once over. Whole system is functioning as intended and to standard.
System was overcharged. Recovered 1 1/2 pounds. It is working properly at this time.
Evaporator is leaking on the TXV capillaries. Will call gemaire tomorrow and see if they have evaporator in stock.
Put in leak sealant system is working to manufacturer specification

1 system spring PM. Checked blower motor amps and capacitor. Checked temperature differential. Inspected drain line. Replaced air filter. Checked condensing unit. Coils are clean. Checked fan and compressor amps. No issues found at this time. System is ready for summer weather.
Replaced control board for furnace. Tested system and it is blowing hot air now. No other issues found at this time. Customer signed up for presidential membership.
Need to return to replace circuit board. ICM282A. Also bring a 24X24X1 filter.

High voltage wire going to carrier air handler was to small of wire for the amount of heating strips and burnt up. Cut back to bad wire and disconnected one heat strip tp allow system to operate safely.

Replaced worn out contactor 1 pole and 5uf capacitor on upstairs condenser all working fine after fix..
TECHNICIAN RICK FOUND THAT THE SYSTEM HAS A FREON LEAK AT THE ON THE SUCTION LINE NEAR THE COMPRESSOR AND A CLOGGED THERMAL EXPANSION VALVE ON THE INSIDE COILS. SYSTEM USES THE OLD 410a FREON AND IT HAS ALL LEAKED OUT. REPAIR: - SYSTEM PUMP DOWN - REPAIR LEAK ON REFRIGERANT SUCTION LINE - ADD FILTER DRIER, AS NEEDED - CLEAN OUT INSIDE THERMAL EXPANSION VALVE - LEAK CHECK - CHARGE WITH 410aFREON - TEST SYSTEM
Tech found system had been turning off on high head pressure outside, system needed to be water washed. Indoor filter still clean. Drain line still clean. Just need to water wash condensing unit outside every 30-90days. Also recommend to add stones around unit to help keep clean.
