Replace draft motor
Diagnosed bad motherboard blower motor and transformer talk to customer customer is going to find parts cheaper elsewhere and if not give us a phone call back
Inspected outside clean out for leaks. Found no leak. Ran water in upstairs fixtures. Replicated problem in upstairs front faucet. Unable to locate source of leak with camera. Referred customer to Berkeys
Inspected washroom sink, small leak from stops. Recommended replacing them on a later date. Customer reported washer lines not working. Inspected the lines and are now working. Small leak found on the hot water washerbox valve recommended replacement.
Replaced blower wheel. Ran tested unit and it is heating properly now. No other issues found at this time.
System was not cycling through heat. Inducer motor has a bad connection on one of the prongs. Will have to replace motor tomorrow. Was able to rig it to work for now. Customer will probably sign up for member tomorrow. Will take off difference of $139 diagnostic if they do.
Blower wheel became loose. Will replace wheel on Monday or Tuesday when part is in. System is working for now but is very loud.
Installed heat kit. 38 degree temperature differential. System is working as designed at this time. No other issues found.
No heat right side of house. Pressure switch stuck open code on board. Cleaned inducer port. Tested system and it came on. System is working properly at this time now. No other issues found.

Diagnosis unit number 4 found to defective expansion browns causing damage to the outside compressor system outside needed to be turned off or calling anymore damage or exploding the compressor terminal will need to replace 2 expansion valves & compressor w/ liquid line dryers, including 9 to 18 pounds of refrigerant
Prepaid maintenance check up rheem system furnace inspection no problems detected all working properly.
