Inspected outside clean out for leaks. Found no leak. Ran water in upstairs fixtures. Replicated problem in upstairs front faucet. Unable to locate source of leak with camera. Referred customer to Berkeys

System was not cycling through heat. Inducer motor has a bad connection on one of the prongs. Will have to replace motor tomorrow. Was able to rig it to work for now. Customer will probably sign up for member tomorrow. Will take off difference of $139 diagnostic if they do.
